Most welcome books are a PDF nobody re-reads and nobody edits. Guest360 PRO makes the guide the easy option — for the host and the guest.
Guest360 PRO started from a simple observation: every short-stay host already has the content — a welcome binder, a Notion page, a long check-in-day text. What they don’t have is a way to keep it current, in the guest’s language, on the guest’s phone, without rebuilding it from scratch.
So the product leads with import. Point it at a PDF, a set of photos, or a listing URL — Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, a Notion page — and it extracts the real structure: Wi-Fi, check-in, house rules, local tips. Each extracted field carries a confidence flag so the host can check the AI’s work in a minute, then edit anything inline.
From there it’s a link. Guests open it on any phone, in their language, with no app and no account. The host updates once; every guest sees the latest. Everything on the site is built and in use — not a roadmap.
