One guide, every language: how multi-language guest guides work

Guest360 PRO · 3 سبتمبر 2026

International guests are the ones most likely to text you a question, because the welcome book is in a language they half-read. The fix isn't to write it five times.

Base language plus translations

You author the guide in one base language. You then add the other languages your guests speak. Guests get a language toggle in the guide and read the whole thing — sections, house rules, local tips — in their own language, on their own phone. No app, no account, no Google-Translate-the-whole-page awkwardness.

Why a toggle beats a separate link per language

  • You share one link and one QR code, not a matrix of them.
  • When you update a section, you update it in the base language and the translations stay in sync — you're not hunting through five documents.
  • A guest who reads two languages can switch mid-guide.

What to translate first

If you're prioritising: check-in and arrival, house rules, and the "essentials of the place" section carry the most weight. Local recommendations can come later — guests forgive a restaurant tip in English; they don't forgive not understanding how the lock works.

It's built in

Multi-language isn't an add-on tier in Guest360 PRO — a guide can hold multiple languages and every guest gets the toggle. Write once, and the guests who were most likely to need help can now help themselves.
